Endurance Cycling Lab uses computer-based training Wahoo KICKR Smart Trainers to take your cycling to the next level. This smart trainer doesn’t let you slack and tracks your cadence, RPM, power, speed, vitals and other information to help you increase your performance. You can bring your own mountain or road bike to class. Classes are offered many times per week with the schedule posted online. So now you can train for your summer cycling sports while you continue to enjoy the winter sports.
