Tucker Mountain Snowcat

The Tucker Mountain Snowcat is a free ride that affords the adventure seeker a big-mountain, backcountry experience. This ride is not for beginners, so come prepared with the necessary skills, proper equipment and knowledge of weather and snow conditions. A Copper lift ticket is required to access the area and get a ride. Once back in the legendary Copper Bowl area, you’ll encounter runs that will be a pleasant find. The snowcat provides skiers and snowboarders unparalleled views and unprecedented access to high-alpine back bowls. It only runs Friday through Sunday so that the pristine powder can pile up during the week. Hiking is required, and the runs down are steep and challenging.
