The distillery is the newest project of Scott Pohlman, owner of Ein Prosit. With fresh spring water from Loveland Pass, Pullman distills gin, agave spirits, bourbon and rye whisky.
They can also host events and groups in the barrel room with a personal bartender. The train car that sits in the distillery’s center ran on the route from Summit County to Denver in the 1880s until about 1914, and has been restored for an antique, 1800s feel. On one side of the car is the distilling room and on the other side is a barrel room.
