Summit County has one majestic 14er, Quandry Peak. This is one of the most hiked 14ers in Colorado, and whether you’re bagging your first or a serious collector this is definitely one for the books. From the top the views are mind-blowing, and you just might meet one of the resident mountain goats or moose.
Quandary’s trails are so popular that reservations are required to park at the trailhead.

Grays and Torreys
While not technically in Summit County, just over the border of Clear Creek County are the duel peaks of Grays and Torreys, most often climbed together for the bragging rights of two 14ers in one day!
